Your child won’t need much encouragement to eat this delicious dessert, and you’ll have the added satisfaction of knowing that it’s high in protein. Makes 4 servings.


  • 125 g/5 oz tofu
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 25 g/1 oz/2 tablespoons ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract
  • 25 g/1 oz/¼ cup almonds, flaked/slivered


    Purée the tofu with the honey, vanilla and ground almonds. Place in a dish and decorate with the flaked/slivered almonds.
