Rich in vitamin B6, this spread can he eaten in sandwiches, on toast, or even as a pâté for a first course.

Ingredients

  • 100 g/4 oz/1 cup crushed walnuts
  • 50 g/2 oz miso
  • juice and zest of1 lemon

    Method

    Whiz the walnuts in a blender, then empty into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix to a paste and then transfer to a jar. Keep cool and use as needed.
