Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 225 ml/8 fl oz/1 cup soya milk
  • 3 tablespoons plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon brewer’s yeast powder

    Method

    Chop the banana, then blend it with the milk and yoghurt to a smooth purée. Add the yeast and mix thoroughly.
