You can win any race on this. The favour of alfalfa is excellent, but sadly, often neglected.

Ingredients

  • 4 celery stalks, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons alfalfa
  • 2 courgettes/zucchini, finely grated
  • 1 bunch watercress, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons plain yoghurt
  • lettuce leaves and watercress to garnish

    Method

    Mix everything together thoroughly. Pile on to lettuce leaves and garnish with more sprigs of watercress.
