Ingredients

  • 4 oranges
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon wheatgerm oil
  • 1 tablespoon brewer’s yeast

    Method

    Squeeze the oranges and place the juice in a blender with the egg, oil and yeast. Blend thoroughly.
