I have learned so much from Jereme (pronounced Jeremy) Leung of the Four Seasons Hotel in Singapore that I even dare, now, to make savoury sticky-rice dumplings. The tradition in Southeast Asia is that dumplings made of glutinous rice flour are served and eaten as sweets at tea time. In this chicken soup, however, we have glutinous rice dumplings made as Jereme made them for me on a recent visit to Singapore. His soup, I ha
