Avocados grow prolifically in many parts of Southeast Asia, and we always regard them as fruit A ripe avocado is usually served, not as a starter with French or some other piquant dressing, but as a dessert or snack, heavily sweetened with sugar and coconut milk or condensed milk, and often whipped up into a mousse. A natural progression is to freeze this and serve it as ice-cream, and it can taste very good. Here, I make my avocado ice-cream with coconut milk, which means that it is suitab
