  • pounds pork sausage links
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 4 ounces noodles, cooked
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, partly defrosted
  • ½ cup thinly sliced onion
  • ½ teaspoon dried orégano
  • cups canned tomatoes
  • teaspoons salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


    1. Preheat oven to moderate (350°F.).

    2. Place the sausage links and water in a pan. Cover and cook for five minutes. Remove the cover and brown the links.

    3. Arrange half of the links in a casserole. Combine the noodles, peas, onion, orégano, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Spoon into the casserole. Arrange the rest of the sausages on top, cover, and bake for forty-five minutes.
