  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Method

  1. Melt the butter and add the flour and mustard. Blend with a wire whisk. Add the cream, stirring vigorously with the whisk. Cook until mixture is thickened and smooth.

  2. Blend the tomatoes and soda and stir them into the sauce.
