  • 4 small sticks of celery
  • 600 ml (21 fl oz) tomato juice
  • 40 ml ( fl oz) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Worcester sauce
  • 2 drops Tabasco
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • 200 ml (7 fl oz) vodka


  • 1 large cocktail shaker
  • Ice cubes
  • Bar strainer


Wash and pat dry the celery sticks. Trim off the ends.

Fill a cocktail shaker with 10 ice cubes. Add the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcester sauce, Tabasco, celery salt, cayenne pepper and a little cinnamon. Shake well to combine. Add the vodka and shake once more vigorously.

Fill the long drink glasses one third with ice cubes and strain the Bloody Mary into the glasses through a bar strainer. Garnish with the celery sticks and serve immediately.
