Oreo & Green Tea Cheesecake

Like strawberries and cream, or rum and raisin, Oreo and green tea make for another great dessert combination. Thanks to the slightly bitter green tea powder and the soured cream, this New York-style baked cheesecake is deliciously creamy without being overly sweet or rich. Equally this makes a centrepiece for afternoon tea or a dessert at the end of a meal.
