Banana and Nutella – a combination made in heaven! Gyoza are normally prepared as a savoury snack, but my sweet Nikkei version of gyoza is inspired by the crêperies of Paris, where this pairing is a much-loved classic. I love serving them with a scoop of Sesame caramel ice cream.
If you’re using frozen gyoza wrappers, then take them out of the freezer 30 minutes before you need them but do not open the packet until you’re ready to start, as they will dry out.
