  • About

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ medium yellow onion, diced

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant and the onions start to soften, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened and is no longer watery. Use immediately or store in refrigerator.
