Focaccia is a versatile oven-baked Italian flatbread eaten for breakfast, as an antipasto before dinner, and whenever the craving strikes. This focaccia al rosmarino is a common classic, though you could substitute other herbs. Our gluten-free version has all the delightful sponginess of the original. Try dipping it in extra virgin olive oil seasoned with fresh-cracked black pepper and a splash of balsamic vinegar.
