Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then decrease the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
