Our visit to Pizzeria Focacceria Quattrocento in quaint Marzana, north of Verona, Italy, was a leisurely, multicourse affair, with pizza after pizza. The feast concluded with a chocolate-hazelnut dessert pizza. From that moment, we knew we had to include our own take in this cookbook.
