Somewhere between a cake and a pudding, this dessert from Le Marche is distinguished by the lemon glaze that is poured over the top just before it is served. Do not be alarmed that the cake shrinks away from the sides of the cake pan as it cools or that it falls, losing almost half its height before your very eyes. I assure you it will lose none of its delicate and creamy lemon-infused flavor.
