  • 2 egg yolks
  • cups water
  • 1 tbsp salt

Method

Beat egg yolks and mix with water and salt. Make a well in the centre of the flour with your hands and pour in the liquid. With the tips of your fingers, gradually work in the flour and slowly but steadily amalgamate the ingredients thoroughly until they form a dough ball that holds together.
