  • 1.2 kg ( lb) pork neck (from Asian butcher) or boneless pork

Method

Cut pork lengthwise into 3 equal strips, roughly 4 cm (1½ in) thick and 18 cm (7 in) long. Combine marinade incredients in a large bowl or pan and add pork. Leave to marinate for 6 hours, or overnight, remembering to turn the meat over every now and then.

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
