Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 cups iced water
  • 2 cups sifted flour

Method

Put egg yolks in a bowl, add iced water and mix lightly with chopsticks without beating. Add flour, all at once, and mix lightly with chopsticks until rough and lumpy. Don’t overmix or the batter will be heavy.
