This salty-sweet combination works surprisingly well. It is also a perfect accompaniment to roast pork. Alternatively, serve with foie gras as an unusual and elegant starter.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan, then add the cabbage. Stir quickly over a medium heat then reduce the heat and cover the pan for about 10 minutes to steam the cabbage.
