Ingredients

  • 150 g ( oz) caster sugar

Method

  1. Put half the sugar, the almonds and a quarter of the water in a blender and whiz. Pour through a fine sieve.
  2. Mix the remaining sugar and water with the milk and orange-blossom water, then stir together with the almond mixture. Serve in long glasses with ice cubes.
