Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) potatoes, peeled and chopped into halves or quarters
  • salt, to taste

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes in a saucepan of salted water until cooked, then dice.
  2. Mix together the olive oil and lemon juice, then add the harissa, cumin and salt.
  3. Turn the potatoes in the dressing to coat evenly.
