This is a wonderfully simple but utterly delicious way to cook prawns. What is essential for any kind of seafood is total freshness, which is easy in Libya with its 2,000km of coastline. You could also use cooked prawns, and grill or bake them for a shorter time. Fozia uses this as a starter, but it could make a good light lunch served with a green salad.
