Tandoori Chicken Chaat

I have a vivid memory from my hometown, Delhi. I am at a pre-wedding party for a friend, at this palatial farmhouse on the outskirts of the capital. As with most Punjabi weddings, there is Bollywood music, laughter and dancing accompanied by a whole lot of eating. Food caterers have lined up buffet-style food counters serving a range of street-food, including chicken chaat. I had a plateful and went back for more!
