The pomegranate powder and seeds are definitely needed for this one! No other chicken dish could be a better example of “sweet and sour”. Hailing from the northern and mountainous state of Himachal Pradesh, this dish is made with anardana, which means “seeds of pomegranate”. Pahadi means “mountainous” or “hilly” in the Hindi language.
