Ultra-thin and made of mainly white flour, this flatbread is called rumali for a reason. Rumal in Hindi language means “handkerchief”, which is an apt way to not only describe the size and thickness of this flatbread but also the fact that it folds like a handkerchief!

Traditionally, this flatbread is made on huge dome-like tawas on charcoal or wooden fires in restaurants and small eat
