  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon

Method

In a blender, combine the vinegar, feta, pepperoncini, garlic, mustard, honey, and both oils and blend until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper. Use right away, or transfer to an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Bring to room temperature and shake well before using.
