In a blender, combine the tamari, sesame oil, vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, sugar, Sriracha sauce, ground mustard, and garlic powder and blend until well mixed. With the blender running, add the avocado oil in a slow, steady stream and blend until the mixture is emulsified. Taste and adjust with more Sriracha sauce if needed.
