  • About

When spring begins to give way to warmer summer evenings, we start making this refreshing wine cocktail to serve at all of our gatherings. A colorful array of fresh berries and stone fruits infuses French-style rosé with sweetness and gives this beautiful blushing cocktail a festive air.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Provençal-style rosé or other dry rosé
  • cups

Method

In a pitcher, combine the rosé, cranberry juice, raspberries, blackberries, nectarine, and peach. Stir well. Refrigerate until well chilled and the flavors have blended, about 2 hours.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice. Divide the sangria evenly among the glasses and serve.
