A dash of balsamic vinegar adds just the right note of sweetness to these savory tomato cocktails. We’ve kept the embellishments simple, but if you favor a more festive array of garnishes, celery sticks, pickled green beans, or stuffed green olives would all be excellent.

Ingredients

Ice cubes, for serving

8 oz JCB Pure Vodka or other vodka, chilled
16 oz tomato juice, chilled

Method

Fill 4 tall glasses with ice.

In a large pitcher, combine the vodka, tomato juice, vinegar, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, celery salt, and lime juice. Stir to mix well. Season with pepper.

Pour into the ice-filled glasses, dividing evenly. Garnish each glass with a cherry tomato and a chile speared on a toothpick and serve.
