Pomegranate Gin Fizz

At its simplest, a gin fizz is a cocktail made with gin, egg white, lemon, sugar, and club soda. In keeping with the season, we use a pomegranate-blueberry juice blend with a splash of orange liqueur. Don’t be put off by the raw egg white. Shaking it vigorously with the other ingredients will give the drink a frothy richness that is well worth the effort.
