Spicy Sausage, Tomato, and Fontina Pizza

We cook all of our pizzas to order in our outdoor wood-fired pizza oven, which means we are limited to sunny days. Fortunately, here in California wine country, we have a lot of those! This popular pizza combines spicy Mexican-style chorizo, creamy Fontina cheese, and two kinds of tomato to make a very special pie. If you like, add a sprinkle of dried oregano and some cooked potato slices to the mix.
