Tiny bay shrimp mix deliciously with piquant rémoulade, a French cousin of tartar sauce. We pile the shrimp salad on slider buns with pea shoots and pickled onions, which makes for easy party fare. This recipe yields a little more rémoulade than you need for the sliders, but the leftover sauce is great with grilled fish, crab cakes, or as a dipping sauce for fries.
