We love to draw inspiration for our menu from the local farmers’ markets, where we can see what is growing nearby year-round. Although winter produce is not as bountiful as what’s offered in other seasons, it is no less interesting. This salad balances the bitter greens of winter with a sweet-tangy vinaigrette, crunchy apples, and toasty pecans to create a lively, flavorful mix that both respects the time of year and will satisfy guests.
