These bite-size cheese puffs go particularly well with a glass of light red wine, making them a natural addition to our wine and cheese party menu. Plus, despite being delicate pastries, they are quite easy to make. If you like, slightly underbake them, let cool, freeze them in a single layer, bag them, and store in the freezer.
