  • Pastry flour or top flour 75 g
  • Water 75 g
  • Fresh whole

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Sift flour once.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine water, milk, butter, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then immediately remove from heat.
