Green Tea Ice Cream
- Fresh whole milk 200 g
- Egg yolks 3
- Castor (superfine) sugar <
- Heat milk in a saucepan almost to the boiling point, then remove from heat and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar until pale yellow in colour. If making green tea ice cream, add green tea powder and mix well.
