Green Tea Ice Cream

  • Fresh whole milk 200 g
  • Egg yolks 3
  • Castor (superfine) sugar <


  1. Heat milk in a saucepan almost to the boiling point, then remove from heat and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar until pale yellow in colour. If making green tea ice cream, add green tea powder and mix well.
