White Chocolate Cream

  • Whipping cream (35% fat) 150 g
  • White chocolate 50 g


  1. Prepare white chocolate cream a day in advance. In a saucepan, bring whipping cream to a boil. Place white chocolate in a bowl and pour hot cream over. Wait for 30 seconds, then stir the mixture with a spatula until smooth. Set aside to cool, then chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. On the day of baking, preheat oven to
