  • Wheat crackers 70 g
  • Unsalted butter

Method

  1. Without preheating oven, toast walnuts at 150°C for 20 minutes. Chop walnuts into small pieces. Set aside.
  2. Increase oven heat to 170°C. Prepare an 18-cm round cake pan with a removable base. Grease lightly with softened butter.
