Ingredients

  • Fresh whole milk 300 g
  • Store-bought black sesame paste 50 g
  • Castor (superfine) sugar

Method

  1. Combine milk, sesame paste and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add softened gelatin sheets and whipping cream. Mix well. Pour mixture into 6 small cups and chill in the refrigerator until set.
  3. Serve jelly topped with chopped black sugar.
