Ingredients
- Fresh whole milk 300 g
- Store-bought black sesame paste 50 g
- Castor (superfine) sugar
Method
- Combine milk, sesame paste and sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add softened gelatin sheets and whipping cream. Mix well. Pour mixture into 6 small cups and chill in the refrigerator until set.
- Serve jelly topped with chopped black sugar.
