  • Pastry flour or top flour 120 g
  • Rice flour or corn flour (cornstarch) 20 g

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a 9-hole muffin tray with paper cases. Sift together flours, milk powder and baking powder. Combine honey and hot water in a small bowl.
  2. Place butter, cream and vanilla in a heatproof bowl. Place over a pot of simmering water a
