  • Wheat crackers 65 g
  • Unsalted butter 25 g, melted
  • Cream cheese

Method

  1. Make cheesecake a day in advance. Preheat oven to 170°C. Prepare a 15-cm round cake pan with a removable base. Lightly grease with softened butter.
  2. Place wheat crackers in a food processor and lightly pulse into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and mix well
