  • Pastry flour or top flour 150 g
  • Unsalted butter 120 g, softened

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Sift flour once. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Beat butter, sugar, salt and vanilla until softened. Fold flour and ground almonds into butter mixture using a spatula or scraper. Wrap dough with cling film and refrigerate
