Ingredients

  • Walnuts 30 g
  • Brown rice syrup 70 g
  • Sugar-free apple juice

Method

  1. Without preheating oven, toast walnuts at 150°C for 15 minutes. Leave to cool, then chop into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Combine brown rice syrup and apple juice in a bowl and mix well. Add walnuts, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, raisins, cranberries and oats. Mix until combined. Add flour and fold in.
