  • Kuzu powder 15 g
  • Room temperature water 200 g
  • Hot water

Method

  1. Combine kuzu powder and 2 Tbsp water in a small bowl and mix well. In a separate bowl, gradually add hot water to green tea powder while stirring until completely dissolved.
