  • Japanese sweet potato 100 g, scrubbed clean
  • Soy bean powder (kinako) 1 Tbsp

Method

  1. Cut sweet potato into small pieces. Place in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with cling film. Cook in a microwave oven at 600w (Medium) for 2 minutes or until potato is tender and cooked through.
  2. Transfer cooked sweet potato to a food processor and pulse into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients and blend until a dough is formed.
