Tuna poke (pronounced po-kay) is a traditional Hawaiian salad of raw tuna marinated in soy sauce, sesame oil, and onions. Here, I’ve prepared it as a tartare by finely dicing the tuna and serving it with crispy rice crackers. Tartare is usually thought of as a fancy restaurant dish, but now that sushi-grade tuna is readily available at many markets, it’s really easy to make at home.
