I’ve always fantasized about owning a bakery somewhere in California, à la Meryl Streep in It’s Complicated. Whenever I’m trying out new recipes for baked goods, I ask myself if it would go on “my” bakery menu. For these muffins, the answer is a resounding YES—especially when they’re made in pretty parchment tulip liners.
