The best part of making hash is that you never make it exactly the same way twice. Use this recipe as a guide to feature whatever vegetables or other ingredients you may have on hand. Hash is a great way to use leftover cooked potatoes or other vegetables. You can also include some chopped seitan, tempeh, tofu, or coarsely mashed beans.
